You must go to a hospital or doctor in the network to receive coverage.

Professional and Semi Professional Sports are always excluded. Any athletic sport not expressly covered here is excluded from this policy unless the activity is non-contact and engaged in by you solely for leisure, recreation, entertainment, or fitness purposes only.

Diplomat America Insurance
Diplomat America Insurance is also known as Diplomat America Travel Medical Insurance. It provides comprehensive visitor medical protection to non-U.S. citizens visiting the United States.
Diplomat America offers many different benefits, such as accident and sickness medical coverage, travel assistance, and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.
Policies can be for policyholders, spouse, and unmarried children ages 14 to 18 years. This is only for people travelling to the United States This includes those who are seeking to visit the U.S. for vacationing or to engage in risky sports or adventurous activities. There are limits to cover, and exclusions for those who are older.
Coverage can be set for 15 days up to 1 year. It is important to note that plans cannot be renewed.
Comprehensive plans cover up to $1,000,000 in medical expenses. For policy members between the ages of 70-80 years, coverage is only for $100,000. Those who are older than 80 years only receive $20,000 in coverage.
This insurance does not participate in PPOs. Any doctor or hospital can be used with Diplomat America.
Deductibles vary. Choices include $0, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, $2500, or $5000.
