We were extremely satisfied with the plan. Unfortunately, we had to avail of the benefits but we are so thankful. The customer service was excellent. The agency through which we purchased the plan was superb (Thank you Chiranth and staff) and the Plan administrator was very helpful. All our needs and questions were addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend the services to anyone in need of purchasing travel insurance.
