Safe Travel Plans
Safe Travel series have four options- Safe Travel Elite, Safe Travel USA, Safe Travel Cost Saver, Safe Travel USA Comprehensive. Safe Travels Elite plan is available to non-US citizens who reside outside the USA and are traveling outside their home country to solely visit the US. The plan is not available to US Citizens, US Residents, or Green Card Holders in the US.
Safe Travels USA or Safe Travels Cost Saver plan provides coverage to non-US citizens who reside outside the USA and are traveling outside their home country to visit the United States or to the United States & Worldwide.
Safe Travels USA Comprehensive Insurance coverage at an affordable price for visitors to the USA. Available to Non-US citizens or Residents up to 90 years of age visiting the US and worldwide. This plan is not available to US Citizens, US Residents, or green card holders in the USA.
International Student and Scholar Evacuation and Repatriation Plans
International Student and Scholar Evacuation and Repatriation Plans is an annual plan for students, scholars, faculty members, and their families traveling to the US. The travelers need to meet visa requirements for J1, F1, and other visas where the US government requires this coverage in addition to a Major Medical plan.
In an emergency evacuation, if a member is away from his/her permanent residence and is involved in an accident or suffers sudden illness, and medical treatment is not available in the opinion of the on-call physician, the plan can make arrangements and pay for transfer to the nearest facility capable of providing adequate care.
In repatriation, the plan can render every assistance possible to obtain necessary clearances and arrangements for the return of deceased remains and pay such reasonable expenses associated with the return per the policy terms.
Trawick International® Claim
Whether your claim for medical treatment, a canceled trip, or lost baggage, Trawick can help you with their extraordinary claims handling. . If you have paid bills for any treatment and need to be reimbursed for the out-of-pocket expenses, you can find the Correct Claims Form by locating the name of your plan on your confirmation of coverage or certificate that you will find in your email.
Download and submit the completed form along with the itemized bills to the address provided on the form. For timely claims settlement, please make sure the claims form is submitted within 90 days of seeing the provider.
Trawick Travel Insurance Plans Cancellation policy
Different plans have different cancellation policies, hence check the wordings before purchasing. Trawick travel plans can be cancelled for a full refund before the effective date of the policy. After the effective date of the policy, a prorated refund with a $25 cancelation charge is possible if there are no claims. If a claim is submitted there, is no refund.
