I work as an agent organising English vacational tours for Saudi teenagers. I have a group of around 40 looking to visit New York to attend a course at Rennert College. The college suggested I contact you for a quote on cover. They will visit from June 16th to June 16th, aged between 13-17.

If you prefer to email us the Roster for the group application, we can do it. We will need the application form (pages 13 and 14) in the brochure to be completed. On page 13 we will need only sections 3 and 4 completed.

The premium is calculated based on the ages, number of days you need protection, the protection amount and deductible amount you opt for. Please provide us with the completed Roster information and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Many thanks for your extensive message.

Unfortunately I have not been able to provide sufficient information for me to complete the online quotation process, as I do not have the roster details as yet for my proposed trip to New York.

At this stage I am simply trying to identify a likely cost per student, should the trip go forward. Although this might cause you a problem, if we wanted the zero contribution option and a $1 Million maximum payout, is that enough detail to produce a "Ballpark figure"?

Needless to say you would not be contractually obliged to offer me cover at this sum, but without a maximum likely insurance cost I cannot provide my clients with a comprehensive quote for the entire trip.

If such a guideline figure could be calculated, that would be a great help.

Thank you for your email. The approximate cost per person for this age group for $1 million protection with $0 deductible is $2.50 per day. The minimum trip duration is 10 days.
