Safe Travels International Cost Saver Benefits   

  • Plan Benefits: The policy maximum choices for accidental and sickness medical expenses coverage are $50,000, $100.000, $250,000, $500,000, and $1,000,000. Emergency Medical Evacuation coverage is 100% up to $2,000,000. 24-hour AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment) coverage up to $25,000. Repatriation of Remains coverage 100% up to $1,000,000. The choice of deductibles is from $0 to $5000. 
  • Pre-existing condition: Unexpected recurrence of pre-existing medical condition coverage up to $2,500 per policy period. This benefit can cover one episode. 
  • PPO Network: Safe Travels International Cost Saver is underwritten by Crum and Foster,and you are free to go to any provider in the area 
  • Special Feature 1: Emergency medical treatment of pregnancy coverage up to $2,500.

Safe Travels International Cost Saver Cost 

Cost of the Safe Travels International Cost Saver’s plan depends on traveler’s age, trip duration, policy maximum, and deductible. If you choose a higher policy maximum, you pay more premium, but if you select a higher deductible, your premium may come down. Travelers’ age also plays a crucial role in deciding the plan’s cost as younger travelers tend to pay less premium than senior travelers due to the lesser risk involved with them. 

Plan Limit: Policy maximum choices for accidental and sickness medical expenses coverage are $50,000, $100.000, $250,000, $500,000, and $1,000,000.

Age: Individuals from 14 days (about 2 weeks) old to 99 years can buy this plan. 

Coverage Days: Coverage from 5 days to 364 days (about 12 months). 

Optional coverage benefits: No add-ons available with this plan.

How to Claim Safe Travels International Cost Saver? 

If your Certificate # is #1775244 or higher or purchased on 1st December 2022 or later, you can online claim submission. If your Certificate # is 1775243 or lower, you must use different claim forms for medical expenses, local burial, repatriation, baggage claim, trip delay, trip interruption, and accidental death and dismemberment.
