How to Claim Atlas Multi-trip plan Insurance?

To file a claim, you must complete, sign, and submit a Claimant’s Statement and Authorization form along with supporting documents for every incident. If claims occurred within the US, present your insurance ID card to your medical provider at the time of service.

Unless you are required to pay for medical treatment at the time of service, your provider will submit your claim directly to WorldTrips. The company will send you a letter notifying you that they have received your claim.

They will also request a Claimant’s Statement and Authorization form or other information from you. If they do not receive the information requested from you within 45 days (about 1 and a half months), your claim may be closed. Once the fully completed Claimant’s Statement and Authorization form is received, WorldTrips may request medical records from your billing providers and/or any medical provider.

If claims occurred outside the US, you would pay for treatment at the time of service, unless the provider will be billing WorldTrips directly. At the time of service, ask your medical provider for your complete medical records from the visit and the receipt for your payment.
