International student insurance - Dental and Vision

We are an international student organization based in Chicago. We are providing student services to many foreign students from China and South Korea, who need health insurance. I want to ask you if you provide me information about health insurance with DENTAL and VISION options. Pricing and coverage, etc.

    Thank you

You can consider the Patriot Exchange insurance ( policy. The Patriot Exchange plan provides up to the chosen policy maximum once your deductible has been met. The Standard Short term policy covers the cost of emergency dental treatment and dental procedures necessary to restore sound natural teeth lost or damaged in an accident up to $500. The plan also pays up to $350 for necessary treatment of sudden unexpected pain to sound natural teeth.

The Standard Short Term Travel Plan page 2 of the brochure at meets the F1 & J1 visa requirements as defined by US Dept. of State. The monthly premium for less than 25 year old is about $48.62 (add 20% for high school sports coverage) with $50,000 limit per sickness/injury and $100 deductible per sickness injury (deductible is waived and only $5 co-pay applies if insured is first treated at Student Health Center).

The plan is underwritten by Sirius International ( a part of the White Mountains Group. The plan not only meets the requirements laid out US Dept. of State but also provides great value (both in terms of costs and benefits).
